Job Description
Role: Senior Manager Retention RM - Axis Banca
Job Location: Goregaon East
Role and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Group & Retail Health renewal portfolio for Axis & other banca partners ,
- Co-ordinating and driving Sales / Banca partners for higher NOP retention and extending all required support for conversions on renewals.
- Regular interaction and Reviews with Sales team on opportunity areas and pushing closures through sales
- Co-ordinating with Call Centre team Lead generation and closures through CC
- Upsell to existing customers (SI / Product / Tenure upgrade),
- Driving digital / Zero Touch conversions
- Tracking conversions of low base regions / locations
