We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the human resources function, supporting the organization's strategic goals in the real estate sector.
The role involves developing HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations while driving organizational development initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to execute organizational development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster positive employee engagement through communication and initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and implement talent development programs.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and employment-related litigation.
- Manage HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, and employee data management.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to address training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
- Communicate HR policies and collaborate on organizational change initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HR challenges effectively
