Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement initiatives to build a strong, positive company culture that aligns with our mission and values.
- Take ownership of the HR function, leading talent management, employee engagement, and performance processes.
- Serve as a bridge between employees and founders, ensuring smooth, transparent communication at all levels of the organization.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Work closely with founders to drive HR strategies that contribute to business success and long-term growth.
- Ensure all HR operations comply with legal standards and regulations.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with HRMS to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Design and deliver training sessions focused on employee growth, skill enhancement, and career development to foster a continuous learning culture.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in culture building, team leadership, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work directly with founders and senior management.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is a plus.
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
