Job Description:

Must Have:

- Minimum experience of 20 yrs with good experience into heading construction projects.

- Handling the projects worth Rs.300 to 500 Cr.

- Having an experience of heading a project of Green Buildings and sustainable campus.

The key objectives of the role:

- Strategic and operational responsibility for campus development to defined short, medium and long-term performance standards, especially innovative and sustainable design.

- Monitoring and phased handover of completed buildings, infrastructure, and services and facilities.

- Project implementation and control to agreed metrics and targets of quality, aesthetics, cost and time.

- Enabling regulatory clearances pertaining to infrastructure and services, planning and building permissions and coordination with relevant public and private institutions.

- Oversight over project and financial management and reporting.

- Oversight over project contracting and procurement.

- Coordination of campus planning, design and development teams, Consultants and vendors.

Activities and Tasks:

- Strategic and operational responsibility for development, including effective implementation to defined performance standards of quality, cost and time; staffing and resource allocation to deliver results.

- Development and oversight of project management and financial control and reporting systems for campus development.

- Effective communication of project goals, scope and expectations to senior management, internal and external teams.

- Taking a leadership role in developing and maintaining productive relationships, coordination and transparency with key internal and external stakeholders, consultants, vendors and partners.

- Leading and being an effective member of cross-functional teams, working with all relevant stakeholders to refine strategy, gather and document requirements and identify potential impact in terms of results (cost, aesthetics, quality, timeliness), process/operations, technology, organization and finances.

- Working with relevant planning and development authorities, state and national agencies for project approvals.
