About :

- Hiring a COO for a leading company based in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for all the Engineering and Technical Operations, utilities, Assets etc of the company. Should have been in a leadership role and managed a large team of Engineers and operations.

- Overseeing Technical operations: Managing teams across departments like Engineering, Electrical, mech, HVAC, PMP etc and operations to ensure the company's day-to-day operations run smoothly

- Developing strategies: Working with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives

- Managing budgets: Developing and controlling operational budgets to ensure resources are used efficiently

- Building relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Preparing reports: Preparing and presenting reports to the CEO

- Driving growth: Driving sustainable growth and minimizing losses

- Engaging with the board: Engaging effectively with the board of directors to communicate a holistic picture of the operations function

Some skills and experience that are often required for a COO include:

- A minimum of 20 years of experience in their field

- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline

- Experience across diverse departments

- Leadership and organizational skills
