Chief Operating Officer - Real estate (15-25 yrs)

Our client is a growing organization in the Real Estate space headquartered in Mumbai.

Role responsibilities :

- Oversee all operational aspects of the company's residential real estate projects, from acquisition and development to construction and property management.

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of residential real estate projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency.

Preferred Candidate:

- Expertise in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes and managing resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Ability to lead and manage multiple real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
