Head - MEP (18-22 yrs)

- Looking to hire a Head of MEP for a leading Real Estate Infra company to be based in Bangalore. Candidates with expertise in MEP and leading a team and experience of around 20 years can apply.

- Overall is responsible for developing and design detailed engineering activities.

- Plans, assigns, supervises, and reviews MEP-Design for planning, designing, cost estimating.

- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions.

- Interact with Technical Consultant to ensure design achievability.

- Initiate new ideas and innovation of research and design.

- Leadership level for self-competence and team training.

- Ensure to provide quality design and on-time delivery.

- Prepare design tools and methods competence and implement good design practices.

- Review and approve weekly, monthly and special progress reports, as needed.

- Manage and resolve disputes between Consultants, Contractors and other Stakeholders.

- Engineers with experience in Mechanical, Electrical and strong exposure to Real Estate/ Infrastructure sectors can apply.
