Head - Operations - IT infrastructure Team (18-22 yrs)

Head of Operations.

18-22 Years - Chennai.

- Provides leadership and supervision to the large diverse team, ensuring that appropriate skilled resources are in place to deliver services with committed service levels and excellent experience to the customer.

- Leadership engagement with the customer at the strategic level.

- Undestanding on managing IT infrastructure team, with In depth Knowledge on ITIL.

- A very strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias.

- Ability to prioritise and allocate resource/effort appropriately for ensuring efficient delivery.

- Resolving cross program issues by coordinating with the major stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Developing and Implementing the strategy for the program implementation.

2. Overseeing the status of the all the vSOW which are in execution.

3. Track the overall KPI/SLA for the program.

4. Managing and overseeing the overall operations and Implementation.

5. Track and Manage the overall automation and Gen AI platform implementation.

6. Work with the RMG for the resource onboarding and Track the same as a dashboard to the leadership daily till steady state.

7. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently by working with team.

8. Manage the overall cost/margin for the program execution.

9. Mentors a number of employees at a senior level.

10. Directs the energy of the organisation towards a common goal.

11. Provides an example to others by demonstrating moral courage in the face of challenging circumstances.
