Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Application Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM applications.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams and successful project delivery.
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will manage a team of developers, make critical technical decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
Key Responsibilities :
Application Leadership :
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Provide guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Team Management :
- Collaborate with and manage the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor team members and foster an environment of continuous learning.
- Facilitate team decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
Technical Expertise :
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices and adherence to industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple teams.
Collaboration :
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Contribute to key decisions that impact the immediate team and broader organization.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with objectives.
Project Delivery :
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Monitor progress, provide status updates, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Oversee CRM data migration, integration, and customization efforts.
Technical Skills :
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and customization.
- Experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM marketing modules and integration with other systems.
- Knowledge of CRM data migration, management, and troubleshooting.
Leadership and Communication :
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
Additional Skills :
- Familiarity with CRM integration tools and techniques.
- Experience with other CRM platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
- CRM Marketing Experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or related modules.
