Salesforce Architecture Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in Salesforce architecture design and implementation to meet business objectives.
- Define and maintain the overall Salesforce/Symphony architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a team of 20 Salesforce developers, QA professionals, and Database Administrators (DBAs), providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Solution Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and sustainable Salesforce/Symphony solutions, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver customized Salesforce applications and integrations.
Technical Leadership:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, providing technical guidance and expertise to the development team and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on existing and future solutions.
Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate Salesforce/Symphony usage and performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with Clients to understand their requirements and priorities and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce/Symphony solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, and proactively address their concerns.
Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with Salesforce partners and vendors, including consultants, implementation partners, and AppExchange vendors, to support project delivery and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Minimum Relevant Experience: Relevant 12+ yrs minimum in Salesforce development
Education/qualification: Btech/Mtech/MBA/MCA
