Talent Acquisition Specialist @ BKC Mumbai.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 3-7years in BFSI recruitment, Broking (Wealth Management & Investment Banking) experience will be preferred.

Job Description:

Managing end to end recruitment process.
Leadership Hiring.
Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals, internal reference, head hunting.
Shortlisting Task/Activities, final interview, salary negotiation, on boarding.
Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs.
Design job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles.
Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates.
Experience in financial service industry preferred
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis Extensive coordination between - employees, managers.
