AIF Operations - Manager / SM

Candidate must possess with 4 to 6 years of experience for an operations role in Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the regulations and an ability to support investment management and sales teams, oversight of fund accounting and other support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Registration of AIF under various categories.
• Prepare & review regulatory submissions.
• Manage AIF operations: on boarding, KYC, banking, and fund accounting.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external policies.
• Draft, vet, and update offering documents.
•  Coordinate with RTA, custody, and trustees for seamless operations.
• Coordination with regulator.

Job Description:

Strong understanding of AIF structures, investment products and financial markets.
1)   Accounting concepts are thorough and can command supervision over fund administrator/ fund accountant.
2)   Having good hands on all the operational activities of AIF.
3)   Having good command on all the SEBI compliances for AIF.
4)   Work experience in accounts/ compliance/ operations of AIF field and enthusiasts to keep learning new in this dynamic profile.
5)   Prepared working of Management fees, Distributor fees, Performance fees, Bank reconciliation, DP reconciliation.
6)     Proficient working in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI/RBI regulations, experience in compliance management, and excellent communication skills.
