Qualification: Graduate minimum
Experience: Minimum 4 years

CTC Range: 10 to 15 lacs

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new retail customers & franchisee (Channel Partners).
• Maintaining client / Channel partners relationships and generate revenue from CP and clients.
• Advising Retail clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
• To coordinate with product and research team (Centralize Team) for taking investment decision for the clients.
• Managing opening of Demat & Equity Broking A/C in a timely manner along with KYC team
• Sourcing Corporate Clients for account opening and trade execution
• Resolving queries

Key Qualities:

1. Hardcore experience & knowledge in Equity, FNO
2. Cross Sell TPP products (Mutual Funds/ CFDs/ NCDs /Bonds/ SIPs)
3. Maintaining & developing client relationship
4. Educating clients on online/digital platforms & providing demo of the same, helping customers to place orders online.
5. Assisting clients for their queries & maintain relationship accordingly
6. Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends & current affairs.
7. Enhance & diversify clients existing portfolio.
8. Excellent communication skills, Good convincing/presentation skills.
9. Go getter attitude with prior achievements appreciated.
10. Team player, should be able to work under pressure as & when required.
11. Knowledge of MS Excel, ppt & CRM know how is added advantage
