Job Description

Position Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Purpose:

The KAM is the primary contact for high-net-worth individual and corporate clients. This role focuses on acquiring and managing large clients, delivering exceptional service, and providing end-to-end financial planning solutions, including advisory and execution across various financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Management:
    • Acquire and manage at least 2 high-value accounts (INR 5 Lac initial margin).
    • Target affluent and super-affluent clients for new business opportunities.
  2. Revenue Generation:
    • Achieve a monthly gross insurance premium of INR 1 Lac (life, general, health, motor).
    • Drive 1x CTC revenue monthly from third-party products (insurance, PMS, PE, FD, bonds, etc.).
    • Generate 1x CTC monthly in transactional broking revenue (equity, currency, commodity).
  3. Portfolio Management:
    • Research and update clients on investment opportunities to enhance portfolio yields.
    • Focus on expanding the client AUM and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent.
  • Certifications: IRDA, NCFM (MF, FNO) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in broking, wealth sales, or corporate sales.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of financial products and markets.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
