Job Description / Roles: Administrative Sr Executive/Asst.Manager.

• Tracking Budget Expenses, Staffing, Quality Management, Managing Processes, Organization, Coaching, Communication Processes, Disciplining Employees, Motivating Others, Promoting Process Improvement, Reporting Skills.

• In-depth understanding of Office Management procedures and departmental and legal policies.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Fluent English speaking and writing. Effective communication skills.

• Procurement and maintenance of office equipments/ furniture/fixtures. Issue of stationery to various Dept. and maintain their proper records and maintenance of sundry eqpt. Like mobile phone, telephone, stationery material, fire extinguisher, etc. and ensure their serviceability and AMC.

• To maintain proper record of company assets issued and ensure accountability.

• To ensure general office maintenance like, housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, Food and Beverages, events, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.).

• To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier, manpower consultants etc. To take care of legal cases and their proper follow-up. To ensure statutory liabilities and timely renewal of License & AMC, Property Tax etc. Peon and facility management.

• Set day-to-day activities that are related to financial planning, record keeping & billing, physical distribution and logistics, within an organization.
