Assistant Manager - Admin

Key responsibilities:

• Upkeep of mill premises and residential colony, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Management of canteen activities with a focus on food safety and hygiene
• Ensuring employee commuting safety through shuttle bus and taxi/travel arrangements.
• Planning and allocating shuttle bus routes, room/house allotment and maintenance of guest houses and residential quarters.
• Monitoring and controlling admin overhead costs (security, canteen, transportation, cleaning).

Qualification:

• MBA/MSW with 5+ years of experience in administration and facility management.
• Strong people management skills.
