Role & responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for different functions.

Source qualified, talented candidates, and schedule phone and onsite interviews.

Develop diverse pipeline candidate pools to fill and potential needs.

Manage an effective source of hire.

Stakeholder management, regular reviews, and meetings with the hiring managers.

Update and publish the TA dashboard.

Desired Candidate Profile -

Proven work experience as a talent Acquisition Specialist in manufacturing hiring or similar role in Pharma / Medical devices / Healthcare industry.

Familiarity with social media, job portal, and professional networks

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
