Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards) to source and engage candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for connecting with talent.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and practices is a plus.
