Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for roles in the renewable energy sector, including engineers, project managers, and sustainability experts.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, and industry networks.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote the companys mission and values to prospective employees.
• Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Work closely with HR and Operations teams to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines for future roles.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 -5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the renewable energy, sustainability, or engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy roles and the skills required for success in the industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy initiatives.
