Technical Recruiter with Min 4yrs Max 8yrs of experience


Job Overview:

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. This role will involve full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing requirements for various technical positions Pega, Lead Business Analyst, Lead / Senior Quality Engineer, RPA and other IT roles. The recruiter will work under tight timelines to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and technical communities) to proactively source and attract candidates for technical roles.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, portfolios, and online profiles to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and job readiness.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers, engineers, and other team members, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
  • Offer Management: Assist in extending offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation, and manage the pre-employment process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on tech industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent competition to strategically attract the best candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Represent and promote the company's culture and employer brand in the tech community.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry (software development, Software Services & Consulting).
  • Preferred to have experience in BPM Technologies, Testing, QA,BA, UI/UX etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs.
  • Strong ability to assess candidate skills and match them to role requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience recruiting for a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interview techniques and technical assessments.
  • Experience working with hiring for both permanent and contract technical positions.

Work Environment:

  • On-site: the role is fully on-site.
  • Recruiters may work flexible hours but are expected to meet deadlines and deliver results promptly.
