Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiter to manage the hiring process for various roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality profiles to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Pipeline Management:
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate data and communication.
• Candidate Experience:
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate feedback and updates to candidates promptly.
• Employer Branding:
• Promote Printo as an employer of choice by leveraging social media and other branding opportunities.
• Organize recruitment events or participate in career fairs to attract top talent.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire).
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Retail industry
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Skills:
• Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
