Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader - Talent Acquisition to lead and oversee sales hiring efforts. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, driving sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales roles, and a proven track record in meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and high performance.
    • Monitor team KPIs and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met.

2. Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for sales roles.
    • Drive bulk hiring campaigns and walk-in drives for sales positions.
    • Ensure adherence to the recruitment process, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

3. Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and forecast requirements.
    • Partner with business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals

4. Process Optimization:

    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement innovative sourcing channels, including social media, employee referrals, and vendor partnerships.

5.Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and feedback.
    • Represent IndiaMARTs brand and values during all candidate interactions.

Eligibility


  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 4-6years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in bulk hiring and sourcing strategies for sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B domain and sales hiring dynamics.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
