Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on incoming sales leads , evaluate their requirements, and nurture them through follow-ups.
  • Build relationships with potential clients and convert them into prospects .
  • Maintain an organized lead pipeline in CRM and ensure timely communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (software development, cloud services, digital transformation, etc.).
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase company offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain sales reports, track pipeline progress, and provide insights for business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies for a competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors/Master s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in handling inbound sales leads and nurturing prospects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and IT project lifecycles.
