Job Title: Asst. Manager - Business development
Job Type: Full-time
Industry: IT (5 days working)
Exp. required: 3 to 5 years
Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in India, the Middle East, and other global regions.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities, leveraging an extensive network within the IT industry.
  • Lead the sales process for IT solutions, understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design and present solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Swaran Soft s offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Oversee the entire bidding and RFP process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop competitive, compelling proposals.
  • Drive sales across Swaran Soft s IT product and service portfolio, including app development, AI, cloud solutions, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and managed IT staffing.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing the company s market presence.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, managing sales budgets and forecasts for optimal resource allocation.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly in digital transformation and AI.
  • At least 3 years of prior experience working in the Middle East market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in solutions sales and managing RFP processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Experience with managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
