Investor Sales Role

Primary Purpose:

Key Relationships:

- Responsible for Sales (sourcing & closing), marketing, leasing and CRM

- To take care of the entire business of selling of a commercial / residential project to investors.

- CRM & marketing functions with coordination with agencies, managing ATL & BTL activities.

- Implementing & managing entire digital marketing process starting from funnel building for lead generation to conversion.

- Managing national and international investor relations. NRI sales.

Qualification:

- MBA with Minimum 10 years of Experience

- Prior Experience in real estate sales for investors

- Excellent in communication, Smart, Presentable, Mature

- Go getter, Self-driven individual capable of working alone as well as in teams
