Quality Engineer

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

• Supervise and manage the overall quality of site operations, ensuring adherence to quality management systems.
• Verify that work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality observation reports, highlighting key observations and ensuring timely closure of all issues with the site team.
• Inspect the quality of materials used on-site, ensuring compliance with testing standards and norms (e.g., cubes, steels, raw materials).
• Maintain detailed records of material test reports for both client-supplied and contractor-supplied materials.
• Ensure that all work activities (civil, finishing, and MEP) are recorded and documented in relevant checklists.
• Maintain pre and post snagging work records, pour cards, and other necessary documentation.
• Periodic Training for internal project team and contractors team for QA

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Control or administration, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
