Engineer - Quality

As a Senior Engineer - Quality at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and address any quality issues, and you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze product quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and records
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality standards

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
