Project Manager Finishing

We are looking for Project Manager- Finishing.

Project Management:

• Oversee all aspects of finishing work for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for finishing activities.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure finishing works meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work, addressing any deficiencies promptly.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the finishing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on finishing requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement to source high-quality materials and manage vendor relationships.

Problem Solving:

• Identify potential issues and risks in the finishing process, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise on-site.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure that all finishing activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Conduct safety training and enforce compliance among team members.
