Textile finishing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all activities related to textile finishing processes (e.g., dyeing, washing, coating, and printing).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for finished fabrics and garments.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any defects or issues during finishing.
• Optimize finishing processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot finishing machinery to avoid downtime.
• Train and supervise finishing team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of finishing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in textile finishing.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree/diploma in Textile Engineering,

5 to 8 years of experience in textile finishing.

Strong knowledge of finishing processes, chemicals, and machinery.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
