IR Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Grievance Handling: Assist in investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances, documenting the process appropriately.
• Compliance with Labor Laws: Learn and understand relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company adheres to them.
• Employee Engagement: Participate in activities aimed at improving employee morale and engagement, such as employee surveys and feedback sessions.
• Communication Facilitation: Support open communication channels between management and employees, including relaying information and addressing concerns.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
