Finishing Manager

Avant Group is looking for an experienced Finishing Manager.

Location: Jogeshwari/ Goregaon

JD:

• Managing Execution of Finishing works as per drawings, Designs and Method statements (Based on list of Amenities)
• Handing over desired product to Sales team/Estate managers in time
• Study of GFC Drawings
• Coordination with Architects, Interior designers, façade consultants, MEP Consultants and contractors
• Making notes of running instructions and replanning works accordingly
• Preparation of Shop Drawings /Engineering drawings
• Study of Activities, master schedule and preparation of micro schedules
• Sequencing and regulating finishing activities
• Checking of Core and shell constructed by RCC team and taking handover
• Checking quality of day to day works through Site engineers and supervisors
• Utilizing available resources to optimum
• Review of Daily progress reports, Generating reports on actual and anticipated bottlenecks
• Daily review meetings with execution team
• Checking of bills and preparation of reconciliation reports
• Raising material requirements
• Dailly follow up with Stores and team of contractors / labour suppliers
