Role Overview
As the Head of Growth - D2C, you will lead strategy and execution for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels. This role requires a strong focus on scaling the D2C business through performance marketing, lifecycle strategies, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive measurable outcomes and build a sustainable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead the overall D2C growth strategy, driving acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Own the entire growth funnel, identifying and scaling high-impact initiatives.
- Drive growth experiments, using data to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
2. Performance Marketing & Retention
- Lead paid media, SEO, SEM, social, and affiliate marketing to optimize CAC and LTV.
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies (email, SMS, loyalty) to enhance retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and track key performance metrics.
- Drive A/B testing, website optimization, and funnel improvements to maximize conversions.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
4. Cross-functional Leadership
- Partner with product, sales, marketing, and creative teams to align on growth goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Own revenue targets and ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
Qualifications:
1. 8+ years in growth marketing or strategy, with at least 3 years leading D2C growth.
2. Proven track record in scaling acquisition, retention, and revenue in high-growth environment.
3. Expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
4. Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
