Head - IT Infrastructure & Security (10-16 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Management :

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems.

- Manage cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

- Optimize IT infrastructure costs while maintaining efficiency and security.

Cyber security & Risk Management :

- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect company assets.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management initiatives.

- Lead incident response planning and execution for cybersecurity threats.

Cloud & Network Operations :

- Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud models.

- Ensure secure and efficient network management, including firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN configurations.

- Monitor IT systems to detect and mitigate potential risks or disruptions.

IT Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure IT policies align with regulatory requirements and business needs.

- Oversee IT asset management, software licensing, and vendor management.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.

Leadership & Team Management :

- Lead a team of IT professionals, including infrastructure, security, and operations teams.

- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.

- Work with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals.

Key Requirements: Education :

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure management.

- Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security solutions. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, DevOps, and automation tools.

Soft Skills : Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
