Head - IT Operations (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's business goals.

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their IT needs and translate them into actionable plans.

- Oversee daily IT operations, including system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure high availability and performance of critical IT systems and applications.

- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.

- Implement and manage IT service management processes, such as incident management, problem management, and change management.

- Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to them.

- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and providing timely assistance.

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

- Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and security best practices.

- Experience with IT operations management tools and technologies.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of IT budgeting and cost management.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and management, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry
