Simform - Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure (10-12 yrs)

Simform is looking for an experienced Sr IT Manager to manage team and ensure quality process-oriented Infosec practices for internal company operations.

Location: Head Office (Ahmedabad).

Preferably from the IT Organizations only.

Must have experience with INFOSEC tools.

Should have involved in ISO/SOC audit process.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly.

- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure.

- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that support the company's business objectives.

- Manage the IT resources and allocate them to ensure efficient use of resources.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure management.

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree/ Masters Degree Certification in IT Infra and Securities.

- Overall 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in an IT company.

- 3+ years of experience in IT company as a Manager or higher position.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux, and MAC OS knowledge, network infrastructure, ITSM tools, and security practices.

- Experience with virtualization technology.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Certification in relevant technology areas (e. , Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) is a plus
