IT Asset Management - Head

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Asset Management:

- Develop and execute strategies for managing IT equipment assets throughout their lifecycle.

- Monitor market trends and adjust asset management strategies to align with current market conditions.

OEM, Dealer, and Distributor Relations:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), dealers, and distributors.

- Partner with IT platforms to facilitate the sale of returned IT assets.

IT Asset Market Analysis:

- Analyze the IT market to determine which assets should be retained, refurbished, released, or sold.

- Make data-driven decisions to optimize the management of IT assets.

Lease Return and Asset Release:

- Oversee the process of releasing lease-returned IT assets.

- Evaluate market demand and customer requirements to optimize asset release strategies.

- Develop and implement a digital platform to increase the reach and efficiency of asset management.

Maximizing Asset Gains:

- Create and execute strategies to maximize financial gains from the sale and release of IT assets.

- Continuously improve sale processes to ensure ORIX derives maximum value from its assets.

Warehousing, Refurbishing, and Barcoding:

- Establish and maintain contacts for warehousing, refurbishing, and barcoding of lease returned IT assets.

- Ensure efficient and cost-effective management of the physical aspects of asset disposition.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the asset management team.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
