HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Organize and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Maintain HR databases and prepare reports on recruitment, attendance, and headcount.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sourcing platforms is a plus.
• Strong background of statistics and data analysis
