Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Talent Identification: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Actively build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates against job requirements. Use various assessment tools, such as interviews, assessments, and tests, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Applicant Tracking and Documentation: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, tracking applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication, feedback, and updates to candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey.
  • Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques. Conduct market research to identify competitive market intelligence and salary benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Onboarding: Coordinating with new joiners and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Designing creatives for various programs using Canva, coordinating with stakeholders, sending mail invitations, scanning, and indexing documents.
  • Preparing MIS reports and coordinating background verification (BGV) and medical tests.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a specialist or recruitment-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other relevant tools.
