Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables (AR) Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control, reconciliation, and follow-ups, with over 5 years of experience in AR roles.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Perform credit control activities, including setting credit limits and assessing customer creditworthiness.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure payments are made within agreed terms.
- Prepare and present AR reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any invoicing or payment issues.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven expertise in Credit Control, Reconciliation, and Follow-Ups.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivables role.
- MBA in Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ERP systems or AR management software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
