We are currently hiring an Accounts Manager for our reputed organization.

Job Role: Accounts Receivables - Manager

Qualification: CA Qualified

Required Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators.

- Monitor and track customer invoices, ensuring timely payment collection.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

- Prepare and send regular statements to customers regarding outstanding balances.

- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable performance.

- Assist in the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures.

- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management.

Qualifications and skills:

- CA Qualified

- Prior experience in a similar industry / role is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Hands on experience in MS Office, MS Access is a must

- Familiarity with ERP Systems is preferred.
