Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in job postings across various platforms.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Employee Engagement:
• Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Conduct surveys and gather employee feedback.
• HR Operations:
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Policy and Compliance:
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Learning & Development:
• Help coordinate training sessions and track participation.
• Maintain training materials and attendance records.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
