Urgent Opening For Field Executive - Navi Mumbai

Role and responsibilities:

1. Escort or guide the truck driver to reach the loading/unloading point.

2. Fill out the LR and guide the driver about shipment and temperature that needs to be maintained Delivery location, date, time of unloading, etc.

3. Collect the POD from the driver and, based on instructions, submit to the regional office/HO.

4. Get the vehicle repaired if any maintenance is required.

5. Pull the temperature data logger report as per request.

6. Collect the information from the loading/unloading site and pass it on to the reporting manager.

7. Support the truck driver in case he needs help fixing any technical problem with the truck, etc.

8. Build and maintain relationships with clients.

9. Work closely with customer service, operations, sales, maintenance, and other related functions to ensure customer needs and coordinate and execute a commercial approach in response to customer needs and the market situation.

10. Apart from the above-mentioned work, other tasks may be assigned as per company requirements.
