We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our resort. The ideal candidate will create exceptional dining experiences, manage kitchen operations, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality cuisine that reflects the resort's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and presentation.
• Develop innovative menus that cater to diverse guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement to maintain budgetary goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Train, mentor, and lead the culinary team, fostering creativity and teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., F&B, FO) to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and address any concerns related to food quality and service.
