Executive Chef

Bulk Cooking experience is must.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
  
• Develop menus, recipes, and pricing strategies in collaboration with other departments.
  
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean working environment.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and quality control measures.
  
• Lead a team of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to achieve efficient service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-16 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in hotels or restaurants.
  
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, continental cuisine (European), multi-cuisine cooking techniques.
  
• Excellent menu planning skills with ability to create innovative dishes that balance flavor profiles and cost considerations.
