Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve factory operational and production goals.
• Oversee all factory functions, including production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor departmental heads and teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental norms, and safety standards.
• Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost efficiency and meet production deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align operations with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements, implement modern technologies, and monitor KPIs for continuous enhancement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 -15 years of leadership experience in the textile or apparel industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee and adapt to industry changes.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Management, Textile Engineering, or related field is preferred.
