Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in SQL Azure architecture; development, performance, integrity, and security of data systems of the company
- Excellent knowledge of ETL packages, ADF pipelines, Azure synapse analytics, datawarehouse, datamarts, structure, organization and maintenance
- Experience with APIs, DBA case tools, Azure Postgres, SQL Server, on-prem and in the cloud.
- Expertise in Platform issues like management operation issues (start/stop/delete/restart) of Azure SQL Database, quota issues, network issues, policy restrictions& resource locks
- Administering SSIS Packages, Deployments, SQL Job monitoring, ADF trigger monitoring, troubleshooting ADF pipelines etc.
- A good knowledge of JSON, Python, R. DAX and M languages
- Running ADF pipelines, ADF data engineering, troubleshooting, triggers, and maintenance
- Knowledgeable about ADO, Data bricks, workflows, tasks and schedule maintenance
- Competent to perform DBA functions as needed including Backup/Restore/Point-in-time restore/Devops/IaC deployment.
- Develop, Operate, maintain, and administer SSRS reports and servers, source control, Azure Devops and Git repos.
