General Manager

Role & responsibilities

• The position requires the incumbent to being in his extensive experiences to improve process and efficiencies of men, material and machines.
• The incumbent would lead a young and eager team with patience and full management support.
• Together we will raise the operations to the highest quality / efficiency levels, using time tested tools of work engineering and kaizen.
• Assist in laying down employee related policies
• Participate in recruitment of employees
• Directs all aspects of the business operations, including purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Control of all operational aspects including; revenue growth, profit, operations & production, quality, plant production development, health & safety, finance and compliance within assigned
• Management and statutory compliance of unit-related regulatory issues in terms of Excise, Provident Fund, Pollution Control Board and other relevant authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Plant location is 15 kms from khopoli. Incumbent would be based in Khopoli. Company can arrange accommodation if required. Can also consider returned persons in good health with the and drive required expense.

Min 25 years experience working in and managing factories, specially process based.

Diploma / Degree in engineering, MBA preferred
