Dlecta has a unique business model which stems from its deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities at every step of the food chain - from farm to consumption. Our team members have extensive experience in the farm, processing and marketing sectors. We have been able to successfully aggregate the learning from these experiences in creating and managing our unique business construct. We are committed to helping farmers find a market for their produce. Many of the products sold by our three divisions are agro based. We started our operations with milk based products which continue to dominate our product portfolio. Low cost of operations is an integral part of our competitive strategy. We spread our costs over multiple products and brands (ours and others) to bring the best value to both our customers and our suppliers/ principals. We are headquartered in Mumbai, India and have regional sales office with in India in New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Kolkata. Our network of distributors covers most major cities in India. We have marketing partners in most parts of the world including Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South & South East Asia.
