Deputy Manager Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor and control the daily utility consumptions (electricity, water, coal etc.) & maintain the records.
2. Ensure to fulfil the utility requirements of user departments with minimum downtime.
3. Efficient operation & Maintenance of Refrigeration plant with Amonia Compressors and allied equipments.
4. Efficient operation and maintenance of 6 TPH @ 21 Kg/cm2 IBR Coal fired boiler and accessories.
5. Operation and maintenance of the other utility equipments like DG sets, Air compressors, AHUs, ACUs, er system etc.
6. Maintenance of dairy plant related equipments, powder plant equipments and maintaining the required spares minimum inventory.
7. Hands on experience on automation / instrumentation, SCADA System.
8. Factory inspector related statutory compliances
9. To prepare the PM schedule & carry out the PM with the help of electricians & fitters and maintain the necessary records in ERP.
10. To prepare the PRNs in ERP for required spares & follow-up with purchase for the same.
11. Co-ordinate with the production team for optimum utilization of utility resources.
12. Prepare the monthly MIS report for utility consumptions, PMS activities, Breakdowns etc.

Preferred candidate profile

7 to 8 Years relevant experience from FMCg industry

Degree in electrical / Mechanical engg.
