ITI Fitter - Khopoli ( FMCG -Chemical - Pharma )

Knowledge and experience in replacing the bearings and mechanical seal for pumps, blowers and motors.

• Knowledge and experience in repair and maintenance of pipe lines (sizes to identify), piping fittings and all types valves (ball valve, gate valve, rotary valve, butterfly valve, globe valve, NRV.)
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical repair and maintenance of food production machineries, conveyors gear box, pneumatics and hydraulic systems.
• As per PM schedule carry out preventative maintenance to plant and equipment within the facility.
• Timely breakdown rectification and execution of maintenance tasks, with the ability to trouble shoot, show initiative and be proactive.
• Diagnose faults and carry out modifications to equipment. Fabrication welding within the Maintenance Department as required.
• Participate in all training as required by the company
• Maintain high standards of work and behavior
• Work on an on-call basis”
